Cobra Cobra is a traditional yet daring Portuguese aguardente of medronho. Born in the region of Chaves, Trás-os-Montes where the fruit medronho grows stubbornly between rugged canyons and rocky lands. Cobra, the Portuguese name for snake, is a personification of the strong bite of this drink…a very strong bite, that’s why it’s cobra two times.

On the label it’s all about the storytelling around the bite. The main piece of illustration is a crafted wilderness where the animal and the fruit become one. The colour palette is as powerful as it can be using contrasting black on white and blood red for the main wordmark and colour accents.
