The client wanted to have two places for work and to create a storage space, and all the rooms should be as isolated as possible.
Stylistically the client fancied something simple and light, so we offered a Scandinavian solution. This style is very close to the client’s desires and will blend seamlessly in the overall mood of the architectural ensemble.
The unity of the interior was achieved by using natural textures of wood, rattan, sisal fibers, light concrete and fabrics.
The working area in the living room is separated with wooden panels on one side and shelf stands from the other. The shelves make a transition into the TV unit; we decided to wall up a part of the door portal to insert a full-size TV, and the sliding doors slide into the pocket.
The ceilings were not high, so it was decided to have them puttied and painted, rather than make a false ceiling. The extra light pieces in the apartments were added on the walls and in the air extraction unit.
In the bedroom the headboard made from wooden panels transitions into the table which makes the bed the accent of the room. The soft bed with light linen together with a Danish-designed chandelier dominate the room.
The planning solution features a wardrobe room by the bedroom, sliding glass doors in the living room, and an angular kitchen
In the bathrooms the color accents are created with the taps and shelves above the installation. In the future the homeowners will be able to change the mood of those neutral-colored areas with decor and textile pieces.
