This was one of my first proper attempts at making a logo in my undergraduate graphic design class. The objective was to create a theoretical company/client to create a logo for, and I narrowed it down to a space focused company that sells telescopes. I added the lens in the middle to make it look like you're looking down the barrel of the telescope, as well as the lines circling around it like an orbit to convey this. I think that this was a pretty successful first attempt - even without the text telling you exactly what it is - although I might’ve made the text slightly larger in a perfect world.
