In 2017, La Maison du Whisky opened a pop-up store entirely dedicated to rums. To introduce the location and its bottles to enthusiasts, I invited Joseph Akhavan, the most expert rum bartender in Paris. Together, we explored the store, discussed his background, his tastes, his vision of rum. Finally, we tasted and commented on a selection of products.
