Designing a Poster and Website for:
Biking in Bergen
2022: Client Work
The brief stated that I was going to design an A3 poster and an interactive website and provide info on cycling routes in Bergen. The routes that I had to work with are all located in Bergen. I was also asked to do research on the distances, estimated time the routes would take, road and traffic conditions, and perhaps some directions, or info on junctions and such. In terms of the website, everything mentioned above had to be displayed as well, whereas the poster could have more limited information. The website also had to have some form of interactivity.

My focus in this project was to sell the message of the brand in an interesting and dynamic way. I wanted to grab the attention of people who are very interested in biking, and those that are not too into it. The design is approachable and simple and provides adequate information regarding the routes, biking conditions, etc.

This is the poster design I created for this project.
I used a minimal amount of colors that contrast well with each other and also build on that natural aesthetic. The information is minimal but provides the correct amount of info with only a link to the website.
