be critical, and self-assess the sustainability of their food relevant to their geographical location.

The applications are motivated by the topic of consuming food as it resembles elements one used during the food consuming process. The artefacts are meant to be interacted with as the plates and serviette is staked on top of each other with a menu laying on top of the "three course meal" as an introduction to the feast.

Because, we are placing the sustainability of our plates under the microscope. There are many ways the things we stuff our faces with can impact the planet - as all food ultimately has an impact, being sustainable means opting for a plate of food that has the smallest possible impact. Unfortunately, there are many sustainability myths when it comes to food…so let’s dig in!
