Maggi noodles has been a Malaysian favourite for generations, but people have recently started to avoid purchasing and consuming Maggi noodles, believing that the noodles contain harmful ingredients, they would believe that all factory-made goods are unhealthy and uncared for.​​​​​​​
To rebuild brand trust we showcase the experience of the people behind the noodles, getting the truth and facts straight from them. We want consumers to get to know where their Maggi noodles comes from, from farm to the bowl.
With a story of wholesomeness and quality, we showcase how every bowl of Malaysian's favourite noodles began life 2,800 miles away.
We got our message across different touch points, including a microsite where we debunk all the myths the consumer knew about Maggi noodles, mamak tables' stickers, and even an in-store phone installation, prompting users to listen to pre-recorded content by different members of the Maggi family and get to know more about their noodles.
