You play as Mic’s employees, tasked with solving your customers’ issues by recommending books. Which of you will be able to help the most customers, earn the most skulls, and be named Employee of the Month?
"Nexus Books" is a mini roleplaying game commission by the One Shot Podcast Network in the Fall of 2023.
It adapts a popular folk game, where players write the first sentences of books based on the cover and descriptive blurb, into a character-driven, narrative experience with elements of creative writing and improvisational, "Apple-to-Apples" mechanics.
