Design Indaba poster design
This was a brief that I completed in my 2nd year of varsity. The brief was to come up with an interesting concept for the Design Indaba 2014, this includes re- designing the logo, posters as well as a brochure.
The concept is to focus on Cape Town and Design Indaba as a place where trading can take place. The inspiration behind the stamps for the logo is to show a way of connecting people by means of information. It is the sending and receiving of information, much like trading in goods. This is exactly what the design Indaba is, it’s a place where designers come together and trade information, ideas and designs to others.
