Branding a food truck serving contemporary Chinese takeout, done as a student concept piece at SVA NYC. Tzap Say (inspired by Chop Suey) is a modern reimagining of the earliest American Chinese restaurants set up by the first Chinese immigrants in San Francisco’s famed Chinatown, and the slightly irreverent personality of the establishment is complimented by the gastronomical spin put on well-known Confucius quotes.
