The above 3D character goes by the name of Regulator who was designed using Blender and he aims to fight bad designs. 

 

Through the hero’s conceptual design , things that could results in bad designs like not applying design principles correctly and poor time management skills  were looked into. A traffic light was looked into as a metaphor of how it can be applied to designers / lifes when they need to be aware of when to start , stop and get ready to work on design projects.
