Corporate identity for a book festival

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The «I Read» project is a book festival created to promote reading among young people. Within the project, a challenge was organized in which young individuals were encouraged to record video excerpts from their favorite books and share them on social media.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

My task was to create a corporate identity for the «I Read» book festival, design social media profiles, create eye-catching banners, merch, diplomas, and certificates for the participants.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The target audience consists of young women and men aged 14 to 30 who have an interest in literature and enjoy attending book-related events.

WORK PROCESS

1. Immersion in the project and initial communication with the «I Read» team.
2. Active exchange of ideas and analysis of proposals to determine the best solutions.
3. Creation of sketches and prototypes to establish a visual direction. Selection of the most suitable ideas and their development into design concepts.
4. Presentation and discussion of the developed style with the client.
5. Dialogue and adjustments.
6. Completion of the design and final approval by the client.
7. Transition to final implementation: adapting the style to various mediums and formats.

As a brand designer, I aimed not only to create a visual identity but also to convey the profound meaning and atmosphere of book festival «I Read»
