ARCTECHT Architectural Design this 4 storey concrete house in a 60 square meter lot.
The ground space is limited for room requirements and have plan it well to expand vertically. Perimeter concrete walls extended edge to edge to maximize every space, natural ventilation is one key aspect in every projects ARCTECHT designed, that's why a shaft opening to roof was considered, bringing natural ventilation of Wind and natural sunlight penetrating to ground floor level.
