Afekcja - illustrated book of own poems
Hi, I wanted to introduce you to my project, an illustrated collection of poems today. The poems used in the project are my own. The illustrations were created with ink using a pen and a toothpick. The stains on the individual pages are coffee stains that I made and photographed.
The fonts used are Gill Sans, Georgia and Poppins.
"Emotion is merely a pleasant or unpleasant affection of the nerves, while the so-called emotions are delusions which a person acquires or gets rid of with age."
This collection includes 8 poems that were created during the author's experience with depression and anxiety. It portrays poetry as a means of expressing difficult and complex emotions. The poems are accompanied by illustrations, which also serve as a means of self-expression and coping with emotions.
