3,2,1 ¡acción! is an illustrated book made for Ártica School in Madrid.
They asked me to create the characters and props that would support a book for kids between 3 and 6 years learning about the magic of cinema. This topic is developed for kids to work on logic thinking, handwriting, oral expression and other competences in a creative environment.
My goal was to transmit the school core values, such as respect, inclusivity and feminism. In that sense the characters are diverse, while fun and friendly.
I want to thank such a great opportunity Ártica School has given to me with this beautiful and inspiring project, and the work of Javier Domínguez and Laura Lázaro for the guidance and support with the layouts of the book.
