Doomscrolling
The act of compulsively and constantly scrolling through news and social media stuff is known as doomscrolling, and it is especially common when the online material is upsetting, depressing, or connected to disturbing events. Even though doomscrolling can raise anxiety or tension, and have a bad effect on one's mental health, many people who engage in it find themselves hard to stop. The term "doomscrolling" refers to the tendency to lose oneself in a never-ending stream of scary or depressing information, frequently at the expense of one's mental well-being.
For this assignment we are required to make 30 seconds awareness video, we must create a video where the video is able to connect with the audience on an emotional level
