Epoca: The River of Sand is the second book I got to illustrate from Kobe Bryant’s Epoca book series. This book features the 27 interior illustrations I made, as well as the spine and back illustration. You can see the first book’s illustrations here.

All of the illustration were hand-drawn, black ink on white paper. We tested the same illustration drawn digitally (left) and traditionally (right) and decided that the hand-drawn traditional way was the right direction to pursue.
