Each building feature a total of 20,000 square feet of space, meticulously designed to complement the New England and Connecticut architectural styles. This will not only pay homage to the region's rich heritage but also ensure a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
The carefully positioned 25 docks will run parallel to the waterfront, providing convenient access for boaters and adding a dynamic element to the overall landscape.
