The initial complex system interface necessitated high onboarding efforts and was no longer convenient. Right Studio refined the platform for better contextual interaction, focusing on three user roles: support manager, merchant, and administrator.
The platform design now aligns with the skills of these roles and usage frequency. The revamped interface simplifies navigation, store management, and financial tracking. Customizable dashboards reduce manual work, enhancing process speeds and quality, reducing errors and lowering expenses.
