Park by Anthem
AUTHENTICALLY VANCOUVER

Park by an Anthem is a distinct perspective on life and luxury. Rooted in purpose. Inspired by dreams. Park is the reflection that shapes us. Influenced by the city and culture that surrounds us.

Inspired by British Columbia's rugged beauty, Park by Anthem is a 31-storey tower prominently marking the gateway to Vancouver's iconic Stanley Park and Downtown.
Designed by internationally renowned New York architects, Kohn Pederson Fox, the tower’s exterior complements the mountain cliffs of Vancouver’s North Shore with massing that steps back up the tower’s form.

Distinguishable additions of lush greenery throughout oversized terraces and balconies mirrors the vegetation clinging to the local mountains’ horizontal steps. Art beacons the residential entrance located at West Georgia and Bidwell with a 10′ tall engaging installation inspired by birds in flight over Vancouver. Behind it, a cascading 2-storey waterfall reinforces a super natural backdrop. Within the podium, four exclusive city townhomes anchor the urban cairn, while a Georgia Street facing lobby provides delicate contrast to the city’s vibrant West End and Coal Harbour neighbourhoods.

Residents at Park by Anthem value timeless design that transcends trends. They seek refuge in Vancouver’s internationally admired natural landscape.
