For this project I wanted to try something new such as digitally drawing a person/character. I chose a real life photo that I captured and it inspired me to create the graphic design of a bass clef which seemed to be the most successful part of my prompt. I had a hard time with the line work since this was my first time drawing in illustrator. The shading was definitely new for me especially for someone who draws traditionally on paper. I enjoyed testing out the different color variations and might move forward on testing even more color schemes.

That being said, I am looking forward to rendering the image by expanding the walls vertically. I plan on creating more contrast of my characters clothes so that way it doesn't fade into the wall or the floor. Additionally, I may add a light source in the room since there are shadows on his clothes and the walls. I look forward to improving my image.
