Personal Curriculum Vitae
In order to seek emplyment after graduating university, I created a personalied curriculum vitae that communicated my style and skill as a designer. As someone with a passion for both illustration and typography, I decided to create a piece that I felt would show people at a glance what I love while creating something that people may want to keep for themselves as a poster.
The illustration was created with a fine liner pen and as all dotted by hand, leaving spaces within the shading that revealed a quote that is personal to myself.
The poster itself also features a curriculum vitae on the reverse describing personal experience, education and a range of skill sets intended to be seen by potental employers. The design for this was kept to a minimum following a similar colour scheme to the illustration on the front.
The poster and CV were then packaged in hand made envolopes and sealed with a personalised wax seal that bares my initial. The was was chosen to represent the colour of the finished illustration to create a consistant colour scheme. Buisness cards were also produced which featured the seal on one side and my contact information hand drawn on the reverse.
