Project Overview
「求職新手村」是 CakeResume Taiwan 於 2023 年針對畢業季期間推出的主題線上活動。藉由遊戲化的主題作為包裝，帶出應屆畢業生進入職場需要配備的基礎技能，都能在這次的主題活動中得到，其中包括心理測驗 「你是什麼蛋糕」—測出應屆畢業生的職場命定角色、限時領取的「新鮮人求職全攻略」—完整介紹履歷準備到面試技巧的近百頁電子書、與 Dcard 、UQ 等品牌的串連合作—提供最求職補給，在做好萬全的準備後即可至 CakeResume 的新鮮人職缺專區投遞履歷。
Targeting the graduation season, CakeResume Taiwan launched this online campaign in 2023. The event intends to highlight the critical skills graduates need as they join the workforce by using gamification as a framework. These abilities can be obtained by participating in several campaign activities, such as the "What Cake R U" quiz, which gives a hint about the job prospects of users in their career. Participants will also have access to the 'Fresh Grad Job Hunting Guide,' a nearly hundred-page comprehensive e-book covering topics ranging from interview strategies to resume preparation. Partnering with companies like Dcard and UQ offers access to a range of resources, supporting young job seekers. After thorough preparation, graduates can use the CakeResume to apply for jobs.

在選擇視覺風格時考慮了能夠吸引剛畢業的社會新鮮人的視覺呈現，使用能讓人快速聯想到遊戲機台的像素風格，呼應「新手村」這個主題；同時搭配高彩度的顏色，營造出活潑、充滿期待的氛圍。
A visual that would appeal to our target audiences—who are just starting their careers—was taken into account while choosing the campaign's visual direction. The arcade-gaming-inspired pixel art fits well with the campaign's concept. High saturation colors are also employed to create a lively and thrilling tone.

Online Career Quiz
「你是什麼蛋糕」 線上測驗：以何倫碼六型人格作為原型，結合六種蛋糕特性，用輕鬆有趣的形式幫助大家了解自己在職場上的角色及方向。這項測驗的目標在於提升與受眾的關注和互動率為目標，活動推出後在社群上引發很大的迴響，上線一週內即超過六十萬人次參與互動。
‘What Cake Are You’ Online Quiz: Based on Holland’s Theory model, the quiz blends the traits of six distinct cakes to provide users with a fun and easy approach to understanding their possible career paths. The goal of the quiz is to enhance engagement and interaction with the audience. Following its launch, the quiz created a lot of interest on social media, with over 600,000 people participating in the first week.
