It is a home for fun and relaxation, playful mornings, and gentle family evenings.
It is an idyllic home.
A home where romantic dreams of a perfect house came true.

CHALLENGE
What do you think is the hardest challenge for a wizard? To fulfill every single wish? To do the impossible? That's right, but the most difficult thing is to combine all the dreams so that the result looks harmonious, viable and functional.
We had 12 dreams for 267 square meters, and we realized them.

Як вважаєте, який найважчий челендж для чарівника? Виконати всі-всі забаганки? Зробити неможливе? Вірно, та найважчим є поєднати усі мрії так, щоб результат виглядав гармонійно, був життєздатним і функціональним.
Ми мали 12 мрій на 267 квадратних метрів, і ми їх втілили.
DREAM №1: A MARVELOUS HOUSE
A sweet childhood dream - a fairy-tale house on the bank of a picturesque river. Away from the city, in the midst of pristine nature, away from the hustle and bustle. Who hasn't dreamed of such a place?
So, to make the house look interesting and non-trivial, as if from movies about magical houses with all sorts of wonders inside, we decided to build it from two combined forms: a corten steel volume and a rectangular brick block.
The top is corrosion-resistant corten steel. The form is diluted by vertical openings with screens on the windows with a die-cut mesh, which adds monolithicity to the metal form from the outside and contributes to sun protection inside the house.
Below is a rectangular brick block with huge panoramic windows and access to the terrace.

МРІЯ №1: ДИВОВИЖНИЙ БУДИНОЧОК
Солодке марення дитинства – казковий дім на березі мальовничої річки. Осторонь міста, серед правічної природи, подалі від метушні. Хто ж не мріяв про такий?
Тож щоб дім виглядав цікаво і нетривіально, наче з фільмів про чарівні будинки зі всілякою чудасією всередині, ми вирішили збудувати його з двох поєднаних форм: сталевого кортенового об’єму та прямокутного цегляного блоку.
Згори – кортенова сталь, що стійка до корозії. Форма розбавлена вертикальними прорізами з екранами на вікнах з висічно-притяжною сіткою, це додає монолітності металевій формі ззовні , та сприяє сонцезахисту всередині будинку.
Нижче – прямокутний цегляний блок з величезними панорамними вікнами та виходом на терасу.

DREAM №2: AN OPEN TERRACE
The large windows of the house open onto a terrace enclosed by glass and a movable pergola on top to protect from the sun and wind. It's a great place to do morning yoga or have tea in the evening. You're in the midst of nature, but also in comfort at the same time.

МРІЯ №2: ВІДКРИТА ТЕРАСА
Великі вікна будинку виходять на терасу, що огороджена склом та рухливою перголою згори, яка захищатиме від сонця та вітру. Тут дуже приємно займатися вранішньою йогою або пити чай увечері. Знаходячись серед природи, але й у комфорті водночас.
DREAM №3: A GARAGE WITH A FEATURE
But when you go down the stairs, past the flowers and trees, you find yourself at an unusual garage. This is not just a concrete monolith, but a real work of art, as it is decorated with an amazing vintage stained-glass window, the continuation of which we see on the windows of the main building. Thus, the two buildings are connected not only by a path, but also by a common aesthetic and history.

МРІЯ №3: ГАРАЖ З ФІШКОЮ
А от спустившись сходами, оминувши квіти та дерева, ви опиняєтесь біля незвичайного гаража. Це не просто бетонний моноліт, а справжній витвір мистецтва, адже оздоблений дивовижним вінтажним вітражем, продовження якого ми бачимо на вікнах основного будинку. Так обидві будівлі поєднуються не лише стежкою, а і єдиною естетикою та історією
DREAM №4: VINTAGE STAINED GLASS WINDOWS
The first thing that catches your eye when you enter the house is the extraordinary view from the panoramic windows and the authentic vintage stained glass windows. It's not just a beautiful thing, but a real cultural artifact that we saved from oblivion.
The fact is that this stained-glass window had been decorating the facade of the local house of culture for many decades. When the building was privatized, the stained glass was dismantled. It seemed to have disappeared forever. But we found it on an online marketplace, bought it, restored it, and returned it to its historical homeland.
The stained-glass window itself is made in an unusual technique, from cast glass, 4 centimeters thick. It is a real artistic artifact and cultural heritage that was almost lost in the backyards.

МРІЯ №4: ВІНТАЖНІ ВІТРАЖІ
Найперше, що помічає погляд, коли заходите до будинку — надзвичайний вид з панорамних вікон та справжні вінтажні вітражі. Це не просто красива річ, а дійсний культурний артефакт, який ми врятували від забуття.
Річ у тому, що цей вітраж довгі десятиріччя прикрашав фасад місцевого будинку культури. Коли ж будівлю приватизували, вітраж демонтували. Здавалося, він зник назавжди. Та ми відшукали його на одному з інтернет-маркетів, викупили, реставрували й повернули на історичну батьківщину.
Сам вітраж виконаний у незвичній техніці, з литого скла, товщиною у 4 сантиметри. Це дійсний художній артефакт та культурна спадщина, що ледве не загубилася на задвірках.
DREAM №5: A MAGICAL FIREPLACE
And here's another wonder of the living room - an unusually aesthetic custom-made fireplace. It boldly hangs from the second floor, attracting attention, in the foreground of the sliding system. This curiosity is reminiscent of the fairy-tale times of Anderson or the Brothers Grimm, and perfectly lulls you into a magical evening.
The fireplace here is more for mood and enjoyment, it almost does not perform the function of heating, because for this purpose, more innovative devices are installed in the dream house.

МРІЯ №5: ЧАРІВНИЙ КАМІН
А ось іще одна дивовижа вітальні — надзвичайно естетичний камін, виготовлений на замовлення. Він сміливо звисає з другого поверху, привертаючи увагу, на передньому плані роздвижної системи . Ця дивина нагадує про казкові часи Андерсона чи братів Грімм, та ідеально заколихує у чарівливу вечірню годину.
Камін тут радше для настрою та насолоди, він майже не виконує функції обігріву, адже задля цього у будинку мрії встановлені більш новаційні девайси.
DREAM №6: PERFECT MICROCLIMATE
MRIIA HAUSE is one of our most technologically advanced projects, especially when it comes to climate control. It has a perfect ventilation and humidification system, plus a passive cooling/heating system and ducted air conditioning.
Underfloor heating and walls/cold ceilings - this combination creates an optimal microclimate without the drafts usually caused by air conditioning.
Thanks to the heating, the exquisite porcelain stoneware floor and walls are always warm and pleasant to the touch, so the bright MAKHNO carpets are just a decorative touch.

МРІЯ №6: ІДЕАЛЬНИЙ МІКРОКЛІМАТ
MRIIA HAUSE — один з найтехнологічніших наших проєктів, особливо це стосується керування кліматом будинку. Тут ідеальна система вентиляції та зволоження, плюс до активної системи охолодження/обігріву й поканального кондиціонування додається ще й пасивна.
Тепла підлога і стіни / холодна стеля — таке поєднання створює оптимальний мікроклімат без протягів, що зазвичай спричиняються кондиціонерами.
Завдяки підігріву, вишукана керамогранітна підлога та стіни завжди теплі й приємні на дотик, тож яскраві килими від MAKHNO тут — просто декор.
DREAM №7: VENETIAN GLASS
Once upon a time, the future customers of this beautiful house saw them at one of the European sales and immediately fell in love, so, of course, they received special attention in the dream house.
We are talking about chandeliers made of genuine Venetian glass, which now adorn different corners of the house. You meet them in the living room, see them on the second floor, and turn to the master bedroom.
In addition to the Venetian glass, the bedroom is pleasing to the eye with a vintage chest of drawers, views from the panoramic windows, and a wardrobe made of porcelain stoneware that matches the floor.

МРІЯ №7: ВЕНЕЦІЙСЬКЕ СКЛО
Колись майбутні замовники цього прекрасного будинку побачили їх на одному з європейських розпродажів і одразу ж закохалася, тож, звісно, у будиночку мрії їм приділена особлива увага.
Мова про люстри зі справжнього венеційського скла, які тепер прикрашають різні куточки дому. Ви зустрічаєте їх у вітальні, бачите на другому поверсі та повертаючи до майстер-спальні.
Окрім венеційського скла, спальня радує око вінтажним комодом, видом з панорамних вікон та шафою з керамограніту, ідентичному підлозі.
DREAM №8: AN INTERESTING WINDOW
The panoramic window in the shower is another interesting feature. It's made in such a way that its transparency gradually blurs from top to bottom, creating a blurred effect somewhere at the neck level. This preserves the feeling of being in the midst of nature, but also protected from prying eyes.
In addition, you are protected here by a cute DIDO - a ceramic art sculpture, an amazing home amulet, handmade in the workshops of the MAKHNO studio.

МРІЯ №8: ЦІКАВЕ ВІКНО
Панорамне вікно у душі — ще одна цікавинка. Виготовлене таким чином, щоб його прозорість згори до низу поступово розмивалася, десь на рівні шиї створюючи ефект бльору. Так зберігається відчуття присутності серед природи, але й захищеності від сторонніх поглядів.
До того ж тут вас захищає симпатяга DIDO — керамічна артскульптура, дивовижний оберіг дому, виготовлений вручну в майстернях студії MAKHNO.

DREAM №9: COZY PLANNING
On the second floor, you can see a soft nursery with cheeky ceramic hares by MAKHNO Product.
By the way, about the size. Although the area of the house is only 267 m2, there are plenty of different zones, both residential and technical. There is enough space for everything. You do not feel a lack of space inside the house. But such compactness allows you to keep everything at hand.

МРІЯ №9: ЗАТИШНЕ ПЛАНУВАННЯ
На другому поверсі ви бачите м’якеньку дитячу із хвацькими керамічними зайцями від MAKHNO Product.
До речі, про розміри. Хоча площа будинку — лише 267 м2, тут вдосталь різних зон, як житлових, так і технічних. На все вистачає місця. Всередині дому ви не відчуваєте дефіциту простору. Зате така компактність дозволяє все тримати під рукою.
DREAM №10: ADULT-CHILD SPACE
The common space on the second floor is divided into two zones - an office (with a stylish desk and accessories) and a children's area (a playroom with a mini-gym and video consoles).
These areas are located in a single space, not separated by walls. So adults can stay in the company of their favorite tomboys even when they are on business.

Загальний простір на другому поверсі поділений на дві зони — кабінетну (зі стильним робочим столом та приладдями) та дитячу (ігрову з мініспортзалом та відеоприставками).
Ці зони знаходяться в єдиному просторі, не розділеному стінами. Тож дорослі навіть у справах залишаються в компанії своїх улюблених розбишак.
DREAM №11: A GIANT HAMMOCK
And here you are greeted by another curiosity - a huge hammock. It even looks like a trampoline. Trying it out, you will feel a whole cocktail of emotions, because right under it is the first floor!

А ось на вас зустрічає ще одна дивинка — величезний гамак. Навіть схожий на батут. Випробовуючи його, ви відчуєте цілий коктейль емоцій, адже прямо під ним — перший поверх!
DREAM №12: FLOWERS ON THE ROOF
Another nice surprise is the garden on the second tier of the building. So nature is literally at your feet.
In general, there are plenty of different flower beds and mini-greenhouses around the house: a green area on the stairs, flower beds on the walls of the house, and, of course, the adjacent territory. It's just as we dreamed.

МРІЯ №12: КВІТИ НА ДАХУ
Ще одна мила дивовижа — садок на другому ярусі будівлі. Тож природа тут — буквально, під ногами.
Загалом навколо дому вдосталь різних клумб та міні-оранжерей: зелена зона на сходах, квітники на стінах будинку, і звісно, прибудинкова територія. Так, як мріялося.
MRIIA HOUSE is a curiosity and fun, at the same time super-optimized, digitalized, and mega-comfortable.
For us, this is a joy project, a game project, a dream project.
