Ralph Lauren - 40th Anniversary Book


To celebrate 40 years of Ralph Lauren interior design, the brand has published the beautiful book: 
Ralph Lauren - A Way of Living

For the launch campaign, the team contacted Bolder to curate and create a film to showcase the book. 
The animation and imagery had to tell the story of Ralph’s approach to interior design and the integral part it plays in life and self expression, including a tour through some of Ralph’s iconic homes.

The lavish and detailed book was faithfully recreated in CGI, allowing us to create graceful shots travelling through the pages. Full bleed images, achieve footage, page spreads and vintage assets are combined in a classic edit, accompanied by a bespoke voice over recorded with Ralph Lauren himself.

Interior scenes, naturalistic lighting, grade and VFX tie elements together and generates a smooth flow through the range of RL Home styling details and historical trends.

The main 1.5 minute hero film was just one of the many assets created for the campaign, with a range of unique short form sequences created for social media and a multitude of cut downs, aspect ratios, subtitled versions and re-edits generated, expanding the launches reach and impact across all platforms.
