FEARLESS
Ana had been carrying a heavy burden for fifteen long years - the biggest secret of the Dublin family. It was a secret that had tormented her for years, creating an uncomfortable feeling that never let her rest.  She knew she had to do something before her daughter suffered the same atrocities that she had experienced in her youth. And so, on that fateful night, Ana decided to take justice into her own hands. Her plan was fearless, but it required a great sacrifice. All the blood spilled that night shook out her pain, but it also meant that she would have to pay for her actions.

Ana knew the only way to protect her daughter was to take drastic measures, and she was willing to face the consequences. Her act of bravery resulted in a ticket without return inside the imposing walls of the Crumlin Road Penitentiary. It was a difficult place to be in, but Ana was determined to serve her time and find peace, knowing she had protected her daughter from a fate she could not bear.

MISSING CALL
Despite the potential life-altering impact a phone call could have had, she ultimately decided against making it. To this day, the reasoning behind her decision remains a mystery, known only to herself. The sole lead in the investigation was a historical telephone with the number three indelibly marked on her finger. The forensic doctor was left to wonder why she had pressed her finger onto that number. Who was she attempting to contact that fateful evening? Was there a deeper significance to the number three for her or her assailant? The answers to these questions continue to elude investigators, leaving the case shrouded in mystery.

MISFORTUNE
The attic loomed ominously above the family, its entrance shrouded in darkness. Despite their curiosity, none of them dared to venture up the creaky stairs, fearing what might await them in the shadows. As the clock struck midnight, a sudden and deep thumping sound echoed throughout the house, causing their hearts to race with terror. The sound was so intense, it felt as if it were coming from the very depths of their souls. The night seemed to stretch on endlessly as they huddled together, unable to shake off the feeling of impending doom. For Madeleine's family, it was a night that would remain etched in their memories forever, the beginning of their misfortune.

LITTLE SADNESS
She uncovered her face after a long time so everyone could recognize it. It was the longest two minutes full of sadness in her life. No one uttered a word. No one blinked. No one did anything different than watch and keep silent.

THROUGH THE FOG
-Please don't mourn when we have gone. It was the last word that Jamie pronounced before disappearing through the fog. This simple phrase will remain in Jane's mind for many years after she lost her family. From that moment, Jane would fight daily, trying not to desist and cry on this gloomy island called Death Rock.
