Telemóvel, o meio de transporte mais ecológico

O telemóvel, o meio de transporte mais ecológico
Cellphone, the greenest transportation

This project was about designing a graphic language for this slogan. Our way of interpreting this phrase is that the cellphone fits in the group of transportations that we all know, but it turns out to be the wisest decision as it can take us anywhere, with the argument of saving time and money and, most of all, it's greener.

We chose the title:

O MUNDO NAS TUAS MÃOS
-
THE WORLD ON YOUR HANDS
To spread this idea we decided to create a poster, along with five postcards which are a deconstruction of the main illustration. This graphic language could also be applied to many public places.

The content of the illustration sums up to a hand holding a cellphone, with the particularity of only appearing its outlines and the "action" taking place inside. Nevertheless, the drawings are not limited to a shape/screen, as they flow beyond that box.

The idea we wanted to convey with this set of elements is exactly that, using a cellphone, we have the world on our hand - we can travel without leaving the place we are, and we don't necessarily need to book flights to Paris in order to visit the Louvre, because it really is in front of us; we can also go where the time is not decent, because what we want will always be there, independently of the time difference; we can see the day at night and the night during the day.

To complement, we added keywords about everything we wanted to pass on in different languages, as one of our objectives was the internacionality, a world with no borders.
Poster.
Deconstruction - 5 postcards.
