First, the analysis of processes, forces, inputs and outputs was made, which then led to a thorough conceptual analysis of its qualities. By qualities I mean its manner of interaction with the user, physical appearance intentions, branding and structural features. 
Sewing mechanism assembled outside the cast iron body displays the chain of forces within the machine and relation of one motion to another. It also demonstrates the LOOP of actions which is the main principle of the machine’s composition.
