Así nace Ancestral ubicado en la sierra peruana, en la ciudad de Huaraz, Perú.

Since 2019, the Gonzales Mautino family has offered the experience of celebrating a Huaracino typical dish full of stories and traditions, merging it with contemporary techniques. This is how Ancestral was born, located in the Peruvian highlands, in the city of Huaraz, Peru.
