Contempo dog and cat toys are sleek, colorful, and, above all, modern. The forms of their toys, which are beautiful on their own, should be packaged in a way that reflects the same sense of playfulness and accessible luxury sought after by the young and stylish dog or cat owner on a budget.

 

This re-design of Contempo’s packaging eliminates the large amount of paper waste created by the originals. Once removed, the toy label becomes a classic ball-and-rope toy. This is not only an added bonus for the consumer, but it also serves to keep the brand fresh on his or her mind, as the toy name and information remains printed on the ball. None of the additional products are currently produced by Contempo, but they would accompany the toys well and help to extend and solidify the brand.

The three flavors of Contempo Dog Treats: Organic Salmon and Beet-root flavor, Organic Green Bean and Roasted Chicken flavor, and Organic Yogurt and Wild Blueberry flavor. These flavors were chosen because of the nutritional value they add to canine diets, as well as for the natural pigments that exist in the fruits and vegetables.

A set of multi-colored dog sweaters, which would wrap around the midsection of any size of dog to help them keep warm on chilly walks or at home.

A small instructional booklet, available wherever Contempo products are sold. It includes the company's mission statement, a list of all Contempo products, as well as a breakdown of how to use each toy, for those new to the products.

The CONTEMPO interactive point-of-purchase includes a large circular area of astroturf where pets and owners can  test out treats and toys to find their perfect combination.
