Mt. Blue Sky Hike - 2023

This was a hike with some friends. We went to mount Evans, which has sense been renamed mount blue sky due to the history of Evans as a violent man who slaughtered native Americans. It is now mount blue sky. We didn’t had a reservation at the top part of the mountain and instead went from the bottom, it was a five mile hike one way 10 miles total. We saw all three of the lakes and took a dunk in the freezing lake. It was a whole day experience that was spiritual.
