For many final project in my Illustration course. I chose to design a music concert poster. The poster features the performance of a Vietnamese traditional music genre called “Hát ả đào”. “Đào” band is on their world tour to introduce this art form to people around the world, and they finally reached Wellington, New Zealand for a moving concert night.
Since the music itself has a pretty enigmatic melody and the songs are derived from myths and religious faith, I want to give the poster a mysterious look.
