ilu design is a brand based in Barra Grande, Península de Maraú, Bahia, specialized in lamps design and light installations using natural sources. It uses local materials in its creations and respects the ancient traditions of the land - thus, the brand establishes a symbiotic relationship with its surroundings. The brand identity for ilu design should highlight the inspiration that comes from the beautiful natural light of its birthplace and also emphasize its subtle techniques and attention to detail which transforms natural and organic forms in uniquely designed lamps.
The branding process for Ilu Design established the foundation to an ever-evolving brand. Light is always changing in the course of a day, a month or a season; so the logo should be always moving, evolving and creating new patterns and organic forms.
