The instructions were to create a poster to promote the service on board and especially meal trays served by American Airlines. The technique was imposed; Tactile Design, and we had to shoot our work in a studio. 

The French sentence is based on a famous expression: "Faire confiance les yeux fermés" which means "to trust eyes closed". So we arranged our own sentence as: We could eat eyes closed, thus giving our total trust to American Airlines food
