This project was made during the Google UX Design Cerfiticate course in 2021.
The product
A Delivery App for Koya Ramen, a small restaurant based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
The problem:
Koya Ramen only uses social media to administer and manage its online ordering process.
The goal:
The goal is to create an App to streamline the process for both clients and restaurant.
My role: UX/UI Designer
Responsibilities: User research, ideating, wireframing and prototyping.
User research
Since Koya is a real restaurant in Belo Horizonte, i messaged Bruno (the owner), and asked to put me in contact with some real clients. The second step was making a few interviews (with Bruno and some clients), to discover more about the relationship between the clients and the restaurant, with a special attention to the ordering process.

The home page of the app was the first screen i worked on.
My main concern was how i could organize the menu and the dish list.
Digital wireframes
The next step was create digital wireframes to be used in the lo-fi prototype.
Mockups
Then i created some mockups to make the project closer to the real product
