At sunrise, surrounded by pink-purple and bright blue sky, Ariel sits gleefully atop a rock by the turquoise-field sea side with her friends against a seemingly excited yet chaotic waves. I ought to capture the coming-of-age story of Ariel as she embarks on her journey to become part of a world unknown to her. Her adventurous spirit as she discovers life above the sea, the reality, challenges, and sacrifices she must willfully give to explore love and freedom beyond the sea.
