Stefanov-Ivan Stefanov-04 Ltd. is a prosperous meat-processing company. The production facility is in the Veliko Tarnovo Region. The company has been offering its products on the market since 1998 and constantly increasing capacity and product range over the years.
The rich assortment of sausages and delicacies is a combination of unique recipes and irreplaceable taste qualities, proven over the years both by customer satisfaction and many awards from various trade shows and exhibitions.
We have 100 people in our Team, and we are confident to say that our workers and specialists are amongst the most highly skilled in the industry. Many employees in the Production Team have been working for the Company since the very beginning. We are also proud to say we even have two different generations of the same families in our workforce.
The success over the years is a result of very hard work in search of markets and establishing the ‘Stefanov’ brand - a guarantee of high quality and taste, received extremely well by trading partners in the country.
The Company has taken part in many trade shows and exhibitions over the years, for example ‘Meatmania’ and ‘Plovdiv Fair, to name but a few. Our products have always been awarded gold medals.
Since 2008 the Company has met some of the highest standards guaranteeing high quality and compliance with Food Safety Standards and Regulations. We were ISO 22 000:2005 certified till 2013 and we have been FSSC 22 000 certified since 2014.
The Company's products are successfully sold in all EU member states.

A new plant was built in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa in 2015, which began production of the traditional Gornooryahovski Sudzhuk (flat dry sausage from Gorna Oryahovitsa) with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status. This is a product with a history in production tradition and made by the great sausage manufacturers of Gorna Oryahovitsa, who were considered the best ones in the last century.
The production facility in Gorna Oryahovitsa is certified by IFS (International Featured Standard) - the system for food safety and management of product quality of the highest world level. For over 23 years our production motto has remained the same – ‘Sausages prepared with love’. Nothing can replace the great responsibility of all people engaged in the process, they all work with utmost passion and care.
