If you were homeless and suddenly become a millionaire, how would it change your life?
This is the subject of "Very very different”, the film conceived, written and directed by a group of homeless people. The movie is the result of the workshop organized at the “Area 51” center, in Bari. "Very very different" is an experimental film, halfway between fiction and documentary, on the issue of insecurity, which reveals that everything we think we know about those who live on the street is very, very different from what we expect.
The purpose of the workshops is the self-representation. The audio-visual medium is the channel through which the stories of men and women have the opportunity to emerge, trying to undermine the myths and visions that are often altered, if viewed from an external eye. Precisely for this reason it was decided to place at the center of the communication project the human face subject to deformation, turning in an ironic sense the concept of distortion.
