Introduction
Talfie is a Peer to Peer Payment & Digital asset Exchange platform we have created a new kind of Peer to Peer Payment & Digital asset exchange platform available to everyone, without compromising on security or quality.
Talfie Digital asset Exchange platform allows users to top up, cash out or transfer all digital assets, like Mobile money, cryptocurrencies to any other fiat asset.
Challenge
Talfie has nice cool features but it doesn’t rely on user logic instead it’s built on a function base.
The objective is to transfer the current functions into an intuitive and friendly user journey which should lead to spreading the knowledge among the target audience about how unique and great the features that we offer.

As product design lead, I focused on comprehending the product, its distinctive features, and its functionality by engaging in numerous sessions with stakeholders.
My primary objective was to define challenges and set clear objectives, additionally I conducted exensive user studies to pinpoint user demographics, needs, motivations, and behaviors.
