This is a Type Catalog, made for university purposes. The assigned task was to create a typeface catalog, using only black, white and another color of our choice, following the Vox-AtypI Classification, which divides fonts in three categories, such as:
Classicals: Humanist, Garalde and Transitional.
Moderns: Didot, Slab Serif and Lineal (Grotesque, Neo-Grotesque, Geometric and Humanist).
Calligraphics: Glyphic, Script, Graphic and Blackletter

With this list in mind, I decided to develop something creative and playful but at the same time, serious enough to present those typefaces. In Portuguese the word "type" can be translated as a slang word for "guy", so this is sort of a guy catalog, relating some entertaining guy's old photos with typefaces. Since I have a crush on old photographs, I decided to work with that, along with some cheesy pick-up lines giving birth to this "guy" catalog.
But first, let me offer you a bonus manly sensuous man holding a banana in front of a lion, just to give you a heads up for what might be coming next...
