Here the ink has been applied to the plate and is ready to be sent through the press and printed.
The design was drawn onto copper plate with a fine-tip Sharpie before beginning the dry-point etching process. Part of the design has already been etched in the upper right.
This is the completed design done in Sharpie. The mirror-image of the design had to be drawn because the image gets flipped when transferred from the plate to the paper.
