In the area of digital portals with a food profile (Desserts), competition is fierce, but - according to research, it is mostly limited to publishing recipes. Taking advantage of the gap, the Dr. Oetker brand wants to create an All In One Platform with extensive content: recipes, knowledge, services, trends, product placement, etc. And over time develop an active community around the platform.

Task:
Development of extensive content (including several thousand recipes)
Positioning & Promote (Lids, RTM, Event, Consumer Activations, B2B Cooperation)
Creating an engaged community
Traffic generation, high conversion and uptime (based on GA)
Promotion and sales of products in the Food and Home Appliances category
Popularization of confectionery - category leader
Data (trends, preferences, etc.)

The tender process consisted of two stages: I. Stage – preliminary preparation of the proposal ie: Mechanism of Action, UX Artifacts, Design, etc., and II. Stage – refinement of the concept and proposal after client feedback.
