WIP over the original scheme. Initially the plan was to include just a 'Cheshire Cat' themed letter and the rest just referring to the requester cats, changes were introduced later.

Still WIP. The design of the M changed slightly and also the 'Cat in the Hat' themed V was added.

Finished product. Shadows, glow and glass effect added in Photoshop
