[Vision]

[Mission]
To offer useful information and assistance that will help future RMIT staff navigate their new life in Vietnam and be ready for the adventures ahead.

[Values]
Our values are embedded in the following keywords: Dynamic, Welcoming, Reliable.

The lotus flower is the national flower of Vietnam. Though ubiquitous, it carries a deeply ingrained notion within itself: a symbol of strength and perseverance, always rising and emanating fragrance amidst the fetid mud.

The pattern portrays this elegant yet undauntable flower with its hands – the branches – waving and intertwined with one another, exuding the welcomingness and enthusiasm for connection of Vietnamese people towards foreigners, while also connoting reminders of the strength and willpower to overcome any challenges in life.

[Big Idea]
The lotus flower is the national flower of Vietnam. It constantly adapts to the times, blooming in any way or form, and therefore represents endless possibilities for adaptation and prosperity. Therefore, we use the image of the ever-evolving lotus to inform the TA of the infinite possibilities for growth waiting for them in Vietnam.

[Key Message]
“Like the lotus flower on this land, embrace the endless potential that awaits, and bloom in your own way.”

[Why It Works]
Firstly, the TA likes to be immersed in new cultures. The lotus carries diverse cultural meanings, igniting their curiosity as well as sparking a desire to explore and uncover the rich, wonderful cultures awaiting in Vietnam.
Secondly, the TA seeks for opportunities, and self-development in new horizons. Through the forms and possibilities of the lotus, we reassure and promise them of all the potential they will be able to embrace in this full-of-chances land.
