This film is about the workaholic father. Stay away to a motif of a bad and selfish father such as fathers of these scenarios: alcoholic, gambler, having another woman outside, and violence, the father of this short film is dedicated to work. He knows living in the era of capitalism, which time is equal money. His family has a better living conditions compared to the time when he is a staff instead of a high position manager at this moment and therefore, he knows if he does not make effort to work more; the family will not be fine. There are so much expenses of the family, especially the expense for his son. He wants to provide the best for his son, from living conditions to education. Of course, the price for all of that is not a small amount and he knows that. He is trapped with his work. He spends almost all of his time for working and he always remind himself that it is a necessity.
In this short film, we focus on shooting the moment of his decision between work and family. We let him choose the work and create a tragedy while he thinks he has a right choice, which will bring the best for his family.
