Unifon
Unifon is a Norwegian operator that provides a SaaS platform for companies working with incoming calls and queues. In addition to the switchboard, it also offers an analytical and statistics portal, reports, its own CRM sales system and Visitor Management System – an application for self-service reception.
The company needed to update the existing design layouts of the desktop and mobile versions of the app, improve the system of components and color palette, as well as develop new modules.

Switchboard
The main section of the application is a functional switchboard that enables companies to manage incoming calls. Administrators can also view caller statistics and ensure all calls are answered promptly. Additionally, it stores information about all employees and their availability.
Surveys Module
The module allows managers to generate their own corporate surveys and send them to their clients via SMS. The Unifon system creates both standard NPS surveys (‘Rate the company on a 10-point scale’) and complex multi-question surveys. We designed the admin panel as well as the client-side interface.
Icon Design
Based on the 24-pixel grid, we have formed a graphic style for the subsequent creation of icons.
Cost Control Module
The Cost Control system provides a comprehensive overview of the company's expenses and includes detailed reports on what should be separated into business and personal expenses, which are then reported to tax authorities.
CRM
We designed a comprehensive CRM system integrated with the switchboard, where users manage extensive customer information, assign executors, add various tags and notes, create checklists and reminders, and view the history of interactions with the customer.
Outcomes
240 pages were designed, 7 modules based on the new design layouts were introduced, and the mobile application 2.0 was revised and prepared for development.
