A project of a utopian nature is expressed in the form of anti-violence, personalized protective helmets molded by the potential victim in the face of the threat of losing integrity, personal safety, identity, or freedom. Created instinctively, reflexively, in a state of extreme helplessness, fear, and a sense of being cornered.

The phenomenon of violence – physical and psychological – harassment, intimidation, humiliation, can be encountered at any age and practically everywhere, at school, work, at home, on the football field, in the church. My helmets are constituted from objects originating from the given environment, from what's at hand, what's closest, what can be quickly formed around the head, symbolically protecting what is most precious for a person and simultaneously very fragile and sensitive – our mind.

The project is a result of personal observations and a simultaneous reaction – an artistic response to the prevailing violence in the environments I am familiar with. The objects are created collagely, using a DIY method, in the concept of prototyping on the border between engaged design and fashion world products.
