Bandolero! soundtrack CD

Over the years, Jerry Goldsmith's score for 1968's Bandolero! had seen several CD and LP releases, many of them stemming from overseas labels of varying quality. The majority of those albums did share a common theme: they all relied on some configuration of the film's original U.S. posters for the album cover. (For comparison, that artwork can be seen on the back tray card of this release, which is pictured at the end of these design notes).
For this newly remastered edition, we tracked down an Italian folio with some splendid painted artwork featuring James Stewart and Dean Martin. The poster was in poor shape, and needed some heavy retouching.
The Italian folio was riddled with holes from thumb tacks and tears along the worn fold lines.
