The Dubai Expo 2020's Saudi Pavilion is among the largest, hosting regular visitors and VIPs, VVIPs, and Government Personnel. A crucial task is to manage their visits, itineraries, and coordination with the on-site team. The objective is to create through smart UI/UX design and development a comprehensive SAAS web and app tool that facilitates this process.

Going through a thorough process, starting with stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering. Followed by the discovery phase, we understood location areas and VIP journeys. The process then included user flows, site mapping, wireframes, prototyping, UI/UX design, Flutter app and SaaS Node.js development, as well as user testing and on-location testing.
