Music video background animation inspired by Kacusika Hokuszai's The Great Wave off Kanagawa.  

The animation was projected onto the wall and ship-like-interior, suggesting a marine theme in the music video.   

The goal was to create a loop animation of a calm sea becoming raging and stormy, by using elements of Japanese Ukiyo-e art. Katsushika Hokusai's The Great Wave off Kanagawa woodblock print was the main asset, but Mount Fuji also plays a part in the background.

Animation was executed in After Effects, sound design was created in Premiere Pro.
